We are seeking motivated Electrical Apprentices and Experienced Electrical Helpers to join our team. Successful candidates will work alongside licensed electricians on commercial construction, service and low voltage projects, developing valuable trade skills to advance their careers.
Responsibilities
- Assist electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Pull wire, bend conduit, and install electrical components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Learn and apply National Electrical Code (NEC) standards
Requirements
- Must have some prior electrical experience and related construction site experience
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment like
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, and electrical drawings is highly desirable
- Experience working with low voltage and high voltage systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work effectively on construction sites in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward teamwork
