Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Production worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products and materials throughout the facility. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate the roasting machine, forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Move products within the warehouse or manufacturing facility as needed.
- Assist in the assembly line process as required, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Utilize hand tools for basic assembly tasks and fabrication processes.
- Perform routine inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety regulations.
Skills
- Proficient in operating forklifts with a strong understanding of safety protocols.
- Experience with lathe operations, press brake machines, and stamping presses is a plus.
- Ability to fabricate components using hand tools effectively
- Knowledge of programming related to machinery operation is beneficial.
- Ability to work efficiently on an assembly line while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
