Mississippi Welders Supply Company is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our leadership team. This position oversees the Accounting Department while partnering with company leadership to ensure the financial health and continued growth of our organization.
Responsibilities
· Lead and develop the Accounting Department
· Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
· Manage budgeting, cash flow, and financial analysis
· Oversee general ledger, tax reporting, and year-end accounting
· Support strategic planning and capital investment decisions
· Drive continuous improvement of financial processes
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
· 5+ years of accounting leadership experience
· Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
· Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems preferred

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
