Job Summary
Experience in framing and finish work in high end residential remodel required. You will be actively building alongside the crew while also guiding the jobsite and maintaining quality standards under the project manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations on residential remodeling sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope in conjunction with the project manager.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor progress closely, troubleshoot issues proactively, and adjust plans as needed to keep projects on track.
- Maintain documentation of work performed, and project updates for transparency and accountability.
- Inspire your team through positive leadership, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that values craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in framing and finish work in high end residential remodel required.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience running portions of projects or small crews.
- Ability to read plans and execute details accurately.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation, and quality control.
- Knowledge of safety regulations relevant to residential construction sites.
- Ability to problem solve quickly under pressure.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Compensation
- $35+ per hour depending on experience
