Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
Butterfly Pediatric Therapy | Bellevue & Issaquah, WA
At Butterfly Pediatric Therapy, we believe exceptional therapy happens when clinicians are trusted to think critically, collaborate deeply, and continue growing throughout their careers.
We’re looking for a pediatric Occupational Therapist who enjoys autonomy, values mentorship, and is excited to be part of a team that isn’t afraid to challenge traditional thinking. If you’re passionate about providing individualized care, contributing ideas, and building something meaningful alongside an interdisciplinary team, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Provide evidence-based, child-led occupational therapy to children with a variety of developmental needs.
- Design individualized treatment plans that reflect each child’s strengths, interests, and goals.
- Collaborate closely with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and families to create cohesive care plans.
- Participate in clinical mentoring, case discussions, and continuing education that elevate your practice.
- Contribute ideas to improve programs, clinical excellence, and the overall patient experience.
- Build lasting relationships with families while maintaining a manageable, sustainable caseload.
What Makes Butterfly Different
We hire therapists—not technicians.
Our clinicians are trusted to make clinical decisions, bring new ideas to the table, and help shape the future of our practice. We believe the best outcomes come from therapists who feel supported, challenged, and empowered.
Here you’ll find:
- Clinical autonomy with the support of experienced mentors
- A collaborative interdisciplinary culture where ideas are welcomed
- Dedicated mentorship and professional development
- Opportunities to develop specialty programs and leadership interests
- A team that celebrates curiosity, creativity, and lifelong learning
- A workplace that values both clinical excellence and work-life balance
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Is a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in Washington (or eligible for licensure)
- Enjoys working with children and their families
- Thinks beyond protocols and embraces individualized, evidence-informed care
- Values teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Is motivated to continue learning and developing clinical expertise
- Takes ownership, communicates openly, and contributes positively to team goals
Why Join Butterfly?
Because your career should continue to grow.
Whether you’re early in your pediatric career or an experienced clinician looking for a collaborative home, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from talented colleagues, explore specialty interests, and help shape innovative pediatric services.
If you’re looking for more than “just another clinic”—if you want to be part of a team that believes great therapy starts with great therapists—we’d love to hear from you.
Grow with us. Think differently. Make a lasting impact.
