Established in March 2012, The Dirty Buffalo brings the taste of Western New York to Hampton Roads! We are a family-owned, locally operated restaurant that focuses on delivering great wings and other Northern comfort food in a casual, family-friendly environment. We are also growing! We opened our first franchise in 2021 and plan to continue to expand throughout the Southeast. Responsibilities:

You go above and beyond, every day, every shift, to make the guest happy

You know our menu inside and out, can recommend favorite dishes, and stay up to date on specials or newly available options

You use basic bar tools like jiggers, shakers, and store and pours, and can prepare syrups and garnishes
-
You follow our no shots policy
-
You differentiate well, call and premium liquors and can describe flavor profiles for our drinks
-
You always know our current beer offerings and can make recommendations
-
You show up on time, in uniform, with a smile every day
-
You take and receive direction like a pro and when you don’t understand something you ask lots of questions.

When you see something that isn’t right, or receive a complaint from a guest, you go out of your way to make it right.
You must be willing and able to:

Stand up and move for most - if not all - of your shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Work weekends and holidays

Get to work in inclement weather (we are from Buffalo, we don’t close for snow)

Understand and communicate in the predominant language of our guests.
