Aquatic Management Systems (AMS Pools) is now hiring Lifeguards for the 2026 summer season, with pools opening Memorial Day Weekend (May 23–25, 2026) and operating through Labor Day! ☀

PAY RATE
Starting at $15.00 per hour
Final compensation is based on skills, qualifications, experience, and business needs.
SEASON DETAILS
- Start Date: Memorial Day Weekend of 2026
- End Date: Labor Day (some locations may open earlier or remain open later)
- Employment Type: Seasonal (Summer 2026)
- Schedules: Weekday & weekend shifts available

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Keeping swimmers safe while rocking those shades
- Enforcing pool rules (so no full sprint-front flip-cannonballs into the pool!)
- Performing effective rescues and first aid when needed
- Maintaining a clean and safe pool environment
- Monitoring & reporting pool chemistry to our dedicated Technician team!
- Staying alert and proactive while on stand
Most pools open Memorial Day weekend and close on Labor Day, however, spots are available before and after the season. Looking for more than just a summer job? Ask about winter lifeguarding opportunities!
WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY
- You must be 15 years of age or older
- A valid Red Cross or equivalent Lifeguard Certification (or be willing to get one—we can help!)
- A strong sense of responsibility and awareness
- A love for working outdoors
- Reliable transportation to & from assigned pool locations
- The ability to stay cool under pressure (and in the summer heat!)
