Restaurant Manager
Location: Grapevine, TX
Hours: Part-time, up to 25 hours/week
Reports to: General Manager

front-of-house running smoothly and support our team in delivering a great
guest experience.

We're seeking a Restaurant Manager with strong front-of-house
experience to oversee daily operations, support our service staff, and help
maintain the high standards our guests expect. This is a great opportunity for
someone who enjoys hands-on leadership in a close-knit environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Oversee front-of-house operations

during scheduled shifts, ensuring smooth, efficient, and outstanding service

- Supervise, train, coach, and support

servers, hosts, and other FOH staff

- Handle guest concerns and ensure

- Assist with staff scheduling and

shift coverage

- Monitor dining room flow, table

turns, and service quality

- Ensure compliance with health,

safety, and cleanliness standards

- Support opening/closing

procedures and cash handling as needed

kitchen staff to coordinate service timing and ensure food quality

- Step in on the floor as needed

Qualifications
