Private General and Cosmetic Practice seeking self motivated and skilled dental treatment coordinator.
Ideal candidate has experience and foundational knowledge of scheduling for multiple operatories, knowledge of insurance, contracting and reimbursements , professional phone etiquette, confidence in explaining dental procedures and maintaining coordination with specialists.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Greeting & Checking Patients In & Out
-Verifying Insurance Benefits
-Confirming Appointments
-Presenting Financial Arrangements
-Managing Outstanding Insurance Claims
Specific candidate may desire to have growth into management position with training.
Experience in OpenDental is a plus, but not a requirement.
2+ Years Experience in the Dental Field is Required*
