A fast-growing long-term care group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a nursing home in Edison, NJ. This is an opportunity to make a real impact on patients’ lives while working with a supportive and mission-driven team.
Responsibilities:

Provide a full scope of primary care, including new admissions, routine follow-up visits, and comprehensive medical management for residents

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
Requirements:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of NJ

Minimum of 6 months NP experience

Prior nursing home or long-term care experience highly preferred
Schedule:
Full time – Monday till Friday
Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive annual salary ranging from $140,000 to $155,000
