NURTURING ANGELS Home Care is seeking to hire an experienced bilingual English/Russian speaking Human Resources Coordinator.
Position Overview
The Human Resources Coordinator will oversee the daily HR operations for our home care agency, ensuring smooth and compliant management of all HR processes. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, payroll support, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate will bring both empathy and efficiency to managing the people and systems that make our care possible.

Schedule: 8-hour shift (9am-5pm) Monday to Friday
Location: On-Site
Pay rate is based on the expereince and knowledge
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and hire caregivers and administrative staff.
- Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference verifications.
- Lead new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
HR Management & Administration
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining personnel files, updating HR systems, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and state/federal laws.
- Provide HR guidance to management and staff regarding best practices and compliance.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all caregiver credentials, licenses, and training are up to date.
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and healthcare regulatory standards.
- Prepare HR-related reports and assist with audits as required.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably within home care, healthcare, or service-oriented industries.
- Strong understanding of HR laws, caregiver credentialing, and labor compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with HHA Exchange software system.
- Bilingual English/Russian
