We are seeking a professional, polished, and experienced Fine Dining Server to join our hospitality team.
The ideal candidate understands that exceptional service is about more than taking orders—it’s about attention to detail, anticipating members’ needs, and creating a memorable dining experience.
Qualifications & Expectations
* Previous fine dining or high-end hospitality experience required
* Strong knowledge of proper wine service, including presentation, opening, pouring, and appropriate glassware
* Excellent food and menu knowledge, with the ability to confidently describe dishes, ingredients, preparation methods, and accompaniments
* Understanding of proper fine dining service standards and table etiquette
* Professional, polished, neat and well-groomed appearance
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Takes initiative without needing constant direction
* Works well as part of a team and communicates professionally with coworkers
* Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Friendly, attentive, and confident when interacting with members and guests
* Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing consistently excellent service
