I am seeking to add an energetic, dedicated LPC or LPC-A into my growing practice in Round Rock! We are excited to help you grow a clientele and make the rest as easy as possible for you. Our current counselors are mostly full so incoming clients can be scheduled for you immediately!

-Experienced office manager who will handle all intake, scheduling, insurance verification, copay processing, and billing
-Credentialing with several insurance networks (for fully-licensed applicants)
-Immediate ability to accept Cigna, Aetna, TriWest, Tricare, Sendero, and Medicare insurance clients under practice owner
-1099 contractor for first 90 days, then W2 after 90 days

-Ability to see clients via telehealth or in-person, majority in-person sessions required though

Candidate qualifications required:
-Master's Degree or Doctorate
-Current State of Texas license to practice counseling (LPC or LPC-A), in good standing
-Hardworking, consistent with clients, collaborative, ethical
-We really need counselors willing to work with couples and children/teens
-You must live in the area and be able to see clients in person on certain days
Candidate qualifications preferred:
-Specializes in working with couples, children, addictions, Veterans, or trauma
-Some evening and/or weekend hours available for seeing clients. We currently have office availability for full days on weekends, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. You may also schedule telehealth openings at any time when office space is not available. We would love it if you were willing to work a few hours on a weekend day or in the evenings to meet current demand

Compensation is based on a percentage of your earnings, with the potential to earn $70k+ per year for FT work.
