Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team in a dynamic retail environment. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service, managing transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting with inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions and cash handling.
- Manage cashier duties including processing payments, issuing receipts, and balancing cash drawers.
- Engage in upselling and product demonstrations to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Preparing simple menu snacks and drinks in the cafe.
- Cleaning the surrounding dedicated areas.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.

- Experience in merchandising, stocking, and product demos is a plus.
