Lithographics, Inc. is looking for an experienced HP Digital Press Operator to join our production team in Nashville, TN. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, detail-oriented work and takes pride in producing high-quality printed materials. As a key member of our digital production department, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that every project meets our company’s high standards for quality, consistency, and efficiency.
We’re seeking someone with prior experience operating digital presses , ideally HP Indigo, who understands the importance of precision, workflow management, and teamwork in a fast-paced print environment. You’ll have the opportunity to work with advanced digital print technology, collaborate with a supportive team, and contribute directly to the success of our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Manage digital press workflow and make sure all jobs meet our high-quality standards.
- Oversee every step of the digital production process from reading work instructions and selecting paper stock to machine setup, color matching, running jobs, and performing light finishing work.
- Collaborate with the Prepress team to improve automation and with Customer Service to handle customer requests.
- Maintain and order supplies for ink, production, shipping, and parts.
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed to ensure consistency.
- Complete all job-related paperwork, including maintenance logs, non-conformance reports, and other required documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience operating HP Indigo presses (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- HP Indigo training certifications are a plus
- Microsoft Office skills are a plus
- Analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to multitask while operating digital equipment.
Pay is based on experience.
