**C1 is hiring!** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cashier - Food Service Worker to join our team in Carthage, TX, 75633. This full-time position offers a competitive pay rate of **$14.68/hour**.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately for Sodexo customers.
- Assist in the setup and serving of food from counters and steamtables.
- Operate the cash register/POS system efficiently to complete transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness by cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workstations.
- Support retail operations by maintaining supplies and products.
- Assist in cleanup and closedown procedures.
- Prepare and cook eggs during breakfast service on the grill.
- Work every other weekend from 6:00 AM to 12:30 PM, which includes cooking, trayline duties, dishroom responsibilities, and delivering trays to patients.
**Requirements:**
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Ability to accurately perform cash and credit transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
- Availability to work weekends as required.
- Background check: 7-Year County Criminal Check.
