## The Role
*Studio Leader | Full-Time | Salt Lake City, UT*
This is a revenue-driving leadership role. You will be the engine of the studio.
You will lead client sales conversations, own the onboarding experience, nurture leads from inquiry to membership, support and develop our trainer team, develop B2B relationships, and be accountable for studio performance.
This is not a passive role. You show up ready to lead every single day. This job requires evenings and weekend work.

Guide every new client through a seamless, warm onboarding experience
Follow up with prospects through calls, texts, and email
Support and coach trainers to deliver consistent, high-quality sessions

## Compensation
Base salary: *$45,000 – $55,000* depending on experience + commissions
Commission on new memberships
Performance bonuses
Free Body20 training membership
Growth opportunities within the brand
Total on-target earnings: $50,000 – $65,000+
##Requirements
3+ years in sales, fitness, wellness, or customer-facing leadership
Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
Experience managing or mentoring a team
Comfortable with CRM tools, scheduling software, and basic reporting
CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain before start date)
EMS experience is a bonus — not required. We will train the right person.
