Part-Time | Weekends Only | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Work From Home
We are looking for a dependable, sharp, and customer-focused Weekend Towing Dispatcher to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home while coordinating towing and roadside service calls throughout the weekend.
This position is ideal for someone who can stay calm under pressure, communicate well with customers and drivers, and keep multiple tasks moving at the same time.

What You'll Do
- Answer incoming telephone calls & digital dispatches for towing and roadside service calls
- Communicate professionally with customers and drivers
- Gather accurate information about vehicles, locations, and service needs
- Dispatch the appropriate driver and equipment
- Monitor calls and driver locations throughout the shift
- Coordinate multiple calls and priorities at the same time
- Provide customers with updates regarding estimated arrival times
- Handle unexpected situations and make quick decisions when circumstances change
- Document calls and maintain accurate information in our dispatch system
What We're Looking For
Strong geographical and map-reading skills are a must. You should be comfortable reading and interpreting maps, accurately identifying locations, understanding directions, and determining efficient routes for drivers.
You should also be:

- Friendly and professional with customers
- Able to communicate effectively with people from a variety of cultural and language backgrounds, including situations where language barriers may exist
- A quick thinker who can make good decisions under pressure
- Able to multitask and manage several calls and priorities at once
- Comfortable using computers, phones, GPS/mapping applications, and dispatch software
- Calm and professional when dealing with frustrated or stressed customers. Especially those who have been involved in accidents or their vehicles have been impounded.
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willing to take ownership of a problem and see it through to resolution
Experience
Previous towing, roadside assistance, dispatch, transportation, logistics, or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
What matters most is that you are dependable, responsible, a good communicator, comfortable with technology, and able to think on your feet.

This position requires someone who understands that weekend coverage is critical to our operation. If you are someone who frequently needs to miss scheduled shifts, this will not be a good fit.
