Inside Sales Coordinator to join a leading HVAC manufacturer.
This Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for processing quotations, enhancing representative relationships and following up on product queries for HVAC equipment including air handling units, fans, grilles, diffusers, louvers and air distribution products.
The Inside Sales Coordinator should have an understanding and/or display a background in the HVAC, construction or mechanical engineering industry in a similar position. You must be commutable to the office in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin.

Inside Sales Coordinator Role –
- Responsible for processing quotations and dealing with product queries for HVAC equipment including air handling units, fans, grilles, diffusers, louvers and air distribution products
- Provide support for product selection, configuration and quotation activity
- Act as a key point of contact for HVAC representatives
- Liaise with various engineering/wider departments
- Able to commute to the office in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin
Inside Sales Coordinator Requirements –
- Experience in inside sales, sales support, quotations, customer support, project coordination, or a similar role
- Background working within the HVAC, construction or mechanical engineering industry
- Able to use business systems such as ERP, CRM or similar sales and order management tools
- Able to commute to the office in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
