JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented, individual with a strong background in CNC Machining using lathes and mills. This individual must have experience in machining metal products.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setup and operate Haas 3-4 axis mills and Haas lathes
- Read dimensional prints and basic GD&T
- Accurately measure parts to 0.0001 inches
- Working knowledge of tooling and tool selection
- Report individual quality & productivity measurables to management
- Maintain good communication with team members and related internal departments
- Maintain 5S standards
- Ability to read and understand basic G-code
- Follow company policies, procedures and protocols
- Identify and promptly report any safety hazards or issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
- Must have proficient knowledge of mill/lathe equipment in machining metal
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to read and write as demonstrated by completion of the employment application
- A minimum of three years of relevant CNC operation experience
- Must have proficient mathematical skills
- Must be able to use measuring equipment to determine part quality and accuracy
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Must be able to pass a physical and drug screen
SCHEDULE:
- 1st Shift Position
- Typical Monday to Friday
- Must be willing to work overtime when needed
