Skyy Screen Printing is seeking a results-driven LinkedIn & HubSpot Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our B2B sales pipeline. This position is ideal for a professional who understands outbound prospecting, sales automation, and measurable ROI.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced lead generation specialist who can identify qualified prospects, build targeted outreach campaigns, and generate sales opportunities for our screen printing and promotional products business.
Required Certifications & Experience
- Certified in HubSpot Marketing Hub and/or HubSpot Sales Hub
- Certified in LinkedIn Lead Generation or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Certified and experienced with Apollo.io
- Proven experience generating B2B leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and sales automation
- Ability to demonstrate measurable ROI from previous campaigns
- Strong understanding of CRM management, sales funnels, and lead nurturing
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
Responsibilities
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists
- Identify decision-makers including:
- Marketing Directors
- HR Directors
- Community Outreach Directors
- Casino Marketing Managers
- Native American Tribal Marketing Departments
- Event and Powwow Coordinators
- School, Church, and Nonprofit Administrators
- Create and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Develop and execute HubSpot email marketing campaigns
- Utilize Apollo.io for prospecting, enrichment, and outreach automation
- Track campaign performance and optimize conversion rates
- Schedule qualified sales meetings for our team
- Provide weekly KPI and ROI reports

Preferred Qualifications
