What You’ll Do
- Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident relations
- Help manage daily office operations and property appearance
- Follow up with leads and support leasing goals
- Coordinate resident communication and customer service requests
- Assist with delinquency, notices, and lease administration
- Accounts payables and vendor communication
- Support marketing efforts, events, and social media initiatives
- Work closely with maintenance and management teams to ensure a great resident experience
What We’re Looking For

- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- 2 years of assistant property management experience
- Availability to work "Turn" hours July 31 - August 20
