Description:
- Assists with the daily operations management of the body shop and employees as they perform vehicle body, mechanical and paint repairs to ensure the highest levels of productivity and quality.
- Performs claim estimating, ensure accurate payment and collection of claims and supplements
- Maintains good working relationships with insurance companies and adjusters
- Ensures that any customer complaints are handled tactfully, promptly, with genuine concern
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Three-years of experience in a high paced body shop required
- PA Physical Damage Appraisers license required
- Valid PA Driver License
