We are seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering accurate information about our products and services. A strong emphasis on professionalism, etiquette and effective communication is essential for success in this position.
Duties
- Promptly handle on-site customer sales inquiries and needs.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Follow up on customer feedback and service satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Assist with electronic payment processing and cash handling processes as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
Experience
- Must be 18 or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service is not required but recommended
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Experience with cash handling or office environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
