One E is growing, and we're looking for a high-level salesperson and MASTER communicator to join our team as a Service Advisor.
We're not necessarily looking for someone who knows everything about cars.
We're looking for someone who knows people.
If you're competitive, highly organized, exceptional on the phone, great at overcoming objections, and naturally find creative solutions to help customers — we want to talk to you.
Automotive experience is a plus, but strong sales experience and exceptional communication skills matter more.
Our technicians are responsible for properly documenting and explaining what the vehicle needs. Your job is to understand that information, communicate it clearly to the client, build trust, overcome objections, and help the customer make the best decision for their vehicle.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Build relationships with clients and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Present repair recommendations clearly and confidently
- Overcome sales objections without being pushy or dishonest
- Find creative solutions when price, timing, or other concerns stand in the way
- Write, manage, and close repair orders
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Follow through on callbacks and promises — if you say you're going to call someone, you call them
- Consistently follow up with previous customers and opportunities
- Ask for and generate Google reviews from happy clients
- Stay organized while managing multiple customers and repair orders simultaneously
- Work closely with technicians and leadership to keep vehicles moving through the shop
You WILL Be Measured

- Gross Profit Sold
- Average Repair Order (ARO)
- Customer Follow-Ups
- Google Reviews
- Overall customer experience and communication
