Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production/Shipping Logistics Coordinator to join our team in a rapidly growing, innovative company in the western industry!
In this vital role, you will oversee the end-to-end coordination of production schedules, shipping processes, and supply chain operations to ensure seamless product flow from manufacturing to delivery. Your proactive approach will help optimize warehouse distribution, transportation planning, and inventory management, supporting our commitment to efficient and reliable service.
Responsibilities
- Must be Detail Oriented and a Team Leader
- Oversee logistics team in make-ready, packaging and shipping
- Plan and coordinate shipping logistics with LTL brokers for optimized shipping
- Maintain inventory counts and parts acquisition
- Attend trade shows and coordinate booth setup
- Occassionally, tow gooseneck trailers to retrieve inventory or deliver to dealers, primarily within DFW
HOURS: M-Th 8:00 am - 5:30 pm Friday: 8:30 am to 12:00 pm
- Manage shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely dispatching, accurate order fulfillment, and proper materials handling in compliance with quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in demand planning, inventory control, and transportation planning activities.
Additional Considerations:
- Previous Shipping and Logistics Experience
- Team management Experience
- Computer Experience – Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Excel Spreadsheets, Etc.
- Familiarity with rodeo/farm/construction equipment
- Experience with shop tools
- Experience in Rodeo or Handling Performance Horses is a plus
Willing to learn, Work Hard and be a Detail Oriented Team Leader is valued more than previous experience.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
