Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Service Delivery Manager to lead and optimize our IT service operations. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of IT services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including networks, servers, databases, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Coordinate technical support activities across teams to resolve complex issues related to systems engineering, network support, and security swiftly and effectively.
- Develop and enforce IT policies based on frameworks like ITIL to enhance service quality, security, and compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and cloud services—ensuring timely procurement, integration, and performance monitoring.
- Supervise project management efforts for technology initiatives using Agile methodologies; oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Foster cross-functional communication among technical teams to facilitate collaboration on system upgrades, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity strategies.
- Monitor network infrastructure including LAN/WAN configurations, firewall security measures, DHCP management, Active Directory administration, and remote access solutions like VPNs.
- Implement and oversee software deployment processes involving SharePoint, ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft SQL Server databases, and other enterprise tools.
- Conduct analysis of system performance metrics using SolarWinds or similar tools; identify areas for optimization to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with information security standards by managing network security protocols and conducting regular vulnerability assessments.
- Lead efforts in IT asset management including hardware lifecycle planning and inventory control; oversee configuration management practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical support roles with a strong background in computer networking, systems engineering, and infrastructure management.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience managing IT teams or technical project & program managers within a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure; experience with virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere.
- Strong understanding of network protocols including Cisco routers/switches configurations; WAN/LAN architecture; firewall management; DHCP; DNS; Active Directory; Linux systems; VPNs; Network security measures.
- Familiarity with enterprise tools such as SolarWinds for network monitoring; ServiceNow for service management; Jira for project tracking; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Expertise in project management methodologies like Agile; ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex initiatives on time and within scope.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL), disaster recovery planning, business continuity strategies, and information security standards.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, PMP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or VMware Certified Professional are preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
