Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in sales, customer acquisition, and business development. As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, identifying their needs, presenting Verizon products and services, and supporting account growth initiatives. You will play a key role in driving sales performance, expanding customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our team.
Key Responsibilities of our Entry Level Account Manager:
- Engage directly with customers through face-to-face interactions, educate them on Verizon products and services, and guide them through the sales process from initial consultation to enrollment.
- Utilize negotiation tactics and cross-selling techniques for contract and product upgrades, where applicable
- Build rapport with prospective and existing clients through personalized outreach and solution-based selling
- Represent Verizon’s products and services to customers with professionalism and accuracy
- Work cross-functionally with internal Entry Level Account Manager team members to execute sales and client acquisition strategies
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and performance metrics
Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required) or equivalent entry-level working experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role is highly desirable, but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a team-oriented environment
- Problem-solving mindset and a desire to learn business operations and sales strategy
- Ability to work full-time, on-site in Richmond
Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
