REACH, Inc. is seeking an experienced Compliance & Quality Assurance Director to lead organization-wide compliance, quality improvement, regulatory readiness, and risk management for one of Alaska's premier nonprofit organizations serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This is a highly visible executive leadership role responsible for ensuring our organization remains compliant, audit-ready, and committed to continuous quality improvement while supporting person-centered services across the organization.

What You'll Do
As Compliance & Quality Assurance Director, you will:
- Lead REACH's organization-wide compliance program
- Develop quality improvement strategies and measurable outcomes
- Serve as the organization's compliance expert and trusted advisor
- Oversee regulatory readiness, audits, surveys, investigations, and corrective action plans
- Serve as the organization's HIPAA Privacy and Security Officer
- Lead policy development and governance
- Monitor organizational risk and ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop dashboards and executive reporting for leadership and the Board
- Oversee quality assurance operations through the Quality Assurance Manager
- Partner with Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Billing, and Program leaders to strengthen compliance across the organization

We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Compliance, Health Services, Social Services, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, human services, disability services, or behavioral health
- 2+ years overseeing Medicaid, Medicare, or Medicaid Waiver compliance
- Experience leading compliance initiatives across multiple departments
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, quality improvement, audits, investigations, and risk management
- Experience interpreting regulations and translating them into operational practices
- Supervisory or organizational leadership experience
- Relevant compliance, quality, privacy, or healthcare certifications are a plus
