PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- General cleaning of ceilings, lights, walkways, ledges, beams, perimeters and racks
- Maintain and operate the powered floor scrubber in accordance with the cleaning schedule
- Empty and clean warehouse trash containers
- Maintain, clean and do upkeep on warehouse signs, fire extinguishers, drop stations and safety mirrors
- Clean warehouse equipment, stretch wrapper, dock pits and dock locks in accordance with the cleaning schedule
- Paint and maintain warehouse floor lines and walls as necessary
- Ability to operate forklift. Must pass Red Gold forklift operator requirements
- Prefer prior sanitation and/or forklift experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- On the job training regarding the operation of power scrubber, handling of chemical cleaners, and forklift operation

- Bending/stooping- to pick up tools or parts
- Twisting- to perform work activities
- Grasping/handling- using tools
- Must be able to work with arms above head for short periods of time
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Responsible for monitoring, record keeping and taking appropriate actions for specific Food Safety Plan and Food Quality Plan and pre requisite program requirements.
- Responsible to report food safety and quality issues to management.
