Part-Time Customer Service Representative (E-commerce)

Five Oceans is a marine equipment brand with nearly 45 years of experience, offering high-quality boating accessories and solutions. We sell through multiple online channels, including Amazon and our own website. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Customer Service Representative to help manage customer support and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and messaging platforms (Amazon messages, website tickets, etc.)
- Provide product support (basic troubleshooting, installation guidance, order questions)
- Manage returns and exchanges through our portal
- Track open cases and ensure timely resolution
- Document common issues and support templates for faster responses
- Escalate technical or sensitive cases to management when needed
- Communicate professionally in English (Spanish is a plus)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience (e-commerce preferred)
- Strong written communication (professional and clear)
- Ability to handle multiple cases and stay organized
- Experience with platforms like:
- Amazon Seller Central (preferred)
- Shopify, Loop Returns
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 per week
