Duties
- Train and supervise staff, ensuring quality performance and guest satisfaction.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to service excellence.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols for go-kart and amusement operations and facility use.
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the facility to monitor operations and motivate employees.
- Maintain a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for guests of all ages.
- Handle guest concerns, policy and rule enforcement.
Experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable enforcing safety protocols in all areas of operation.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
