Position Summary
We are seeking driven and motivated Medicare Sales Agents who are licensed with their Florida 2-15 or 2-40 insurance license or have the equivalent license in their home state. This is a fully remote, independent contractor (1099) position that provides inbound leads, allowing agents to focus on helping qualified prospects without cold calling. We are hiring expereinced agents immediately so they will be ready to sell in time for AEP and OEP. Agents will be taught to cross sell Ancillary health products as well to increase their earnings

Requirements
- Active 2-15 or 2-40 license, or state equivalent
- No active contracts with other insurance carriers
- Minimum 1 year experience sellling MAPD plans
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume call environment
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor (1099)
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from prospective Medicare beneficiaries
- Educate clients on Medicare plan options and coverage details
- Close sales while meeting performance goals
- Maintain compliance with all Medicare regulations and guidelines
- Accurately document client interactions and sales activity

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Agents earn $200-$225+ per completed MAPD Enrollment, with no cap on earnings, making this opportunity best suited for self-starters who are ready to begin generating income through sales performance
Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
