Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bar Manager to lead our vibrant bar team and elevate the guest experience. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all bar operations, including staff scheduling, shift management, and ensuring efficient service delivery
- Lead staff training and development to uphold service standards, product knowledge, and food safety protocols
- Oversee food preparation and beverage service, ensuring quality control and presentation meet company standards
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste
- Operate POS systems for accurate cash handling and sales tracking
- Enforce health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and alcohol service to maintain compliance with local laws
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure excellent service, resolve issues promptly, and enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments or casual dining settings with bar experience
- Demonstrated supervising experience with team leadership skills in a hospitality setting
- Knowledge of POS systems for sales processing and cash handling
- Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food safety management practices
- Excellent communication skills for staff training, interviewing potential team members, and customer interactions
- Ability to manage shift operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Previous hotel or banquet experience is a plus; culinary experience is highly valued
- Passion for hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence
