GKO Architects is an Ambler, PA based architectural firm with an emphasis on Educational, Municipal and Religious Projects. We are seeking talented and initiative-taking people with experience levels ranging from 2-20 years to engage in all aspects of project development; design, client interaction, drawing development, consultant coordination, construction administration, etc.
With a staff of under 20 employees and 2 partners heading up the team, we offer a supportive atmosphere where staff have direct input on projects and high visibility with decision making. Minimum Experience:
-Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture
-Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Experience with Sketchup software is helpful
Additional Experience that is helpful:
-Communication Skills
-Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
-Experience with specification writing
-Project management experience
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
