Position: Janitor
Location: 2248 W Lower Buckeye, Phoenix, AZ 85009
Type: Part-Time, Wednesday & Friday Schedule from 5pm – 9pm
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Required (IVP, Level 1)

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitors to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of this facility. Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize office spaces, restrooms, hallways, and common areas daily.
- Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Sweep, mop, auto scrub, and vacuum floors.
- Dust fixtures, clean glass.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to the facilities team.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to use floor machines such as, burnisher, slow speed, auto scrubber and carpet extractor.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.
- Must pass background check and adhere to OMEX and safety protocols.
- Must be 18 years or older
