Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant
Small Professional Services Group located in southwest suburbs has an immediate opening for an experienced full charge bookkeeper.
Sole Position will include:
*Able to work independently (in person position) and complete tasks in a timely manner
*Weekly Payroll for 15 including union personnel. Monthly Union Reporting also.
* AP/AR
*State & Federal Payroll Taxes, FUTA/SUTA Payroll Taxes and Filing/Reporting same
*401K administration with TPA
* Monthly Financial Statements addressing Accrual and Cash Based statements
*Calendar Year End P & L Projections and Compilation of Data for CPA
*Financial Software utilized is Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
