About the Role
As a Maintenance Reliability Technician, you will serve as a critical guardian of our production capabilities by ensuring all mechanical systems operate at peak efficiency. You will leverage your expertise in diagnostics and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and drive operational excellence across our facility.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure the longevity and reliability of all production machinery and plant infrastructure.

Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic malfunctions to restore equipment functionality rapidly.

Perform precision alignments and installations using specialized measuring tools to meet strict OEM performance standards.

Interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and Bills of Materials (BOM) to facilitate accurate repairs and system upgrades.

Conduct minor fabrication tasks, including welding and machining, to support custom equipment modifications.

Manage equipment health through systematic lubrication cycles and the use of advanced sonic leak detection technology.

Maintain precise digital records of all work orders and maintenance activities to support data-driven reliability improvements.

Facilitate smooth production transitions by assisting with equipment changeovers, tooling adjustments, and system startups.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent certification.

3-5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial maintenance environment.

Strong proficiency in troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic power systems.

Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment, including forklifts and aerial lifts.

Solid understanding of mechanical apparatus and precision hand tool operation.

Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Advanced technical training in welding or machining processes.

Proven track record of proactive problem-solving and decision-making in high-pressure manufacturing settings.
