The Construction Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to manage all construction activity in an assigned area. They will also secure, manage, and support construction resources to meet the construction schedule. This position will be far-reaching and will work with others at BAM Construction to ensure that projects are properly vetted and executed on-time/on-budget while providing constant communication to other business partners. This role is responsible for the creation and management of schedules and budgets in tandem with other stakeholders.

Pay Range: $90,000-105,000 DOE (Plus 10% Bonus Potential based on company and team KPIs)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and support construction and support resources
- Ensure compliance with all engineering, construction, and safety standards
- Ensure standard invoicing/approval processes are followed and in place for all projects
- Ensure all as-builts are submitted accurately and timely
- Direct quality control programs for construction that are consistent with corporate construction/design standards
- Develop plan to secure all permits and necessary attachments working closely with permitting coordinators, contractors, design, other utilities, and federal, state, and local agencies
- Develop and maintain good relations with local utilities, vendors, contractors and government agencies
- Ensure field compliance with corporate engineering standards, policies, and procedures
- Lead role in developing budget and forecast planning, and managing expenses for the construction projects
- Identify engineering/construction opportunities and promote change and initiate ideas
- Provide oversight of the change management approval process
- Perform other duties as requested
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience in telecommunications with FTTH experience preferred
- 3 or more years of telecom construction project management experience
- Proven history of prioritizing and organizing multiple projects
- Deadline and goal driven mindset
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data
- Experience with or the ability to learn Microsoft Office/365 and other programs such as Asana, Vitruvi, and Vetro
