Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces, in compliance with food safety management practices.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process orders and payments accurately while managing tabs responsibly.
- Follow all food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff, including proper handling of ingredients and beverages.
- Monitor alcohol consumption levels responsibly, adhering to legal regulations and company policies to promote a safe environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours while upholding high standards of sanitation procedures.
Experience
- Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing enhances your ability to serve efficiently.
