We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Ice Cream Shop Attendant to join our new ice cream parlor. In this role, you will be delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a positive attitude. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable moments for our guests while ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.
Duties
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests and dietary needs are noted. Prepare and serve product in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of POS systems is preferred.
- Good customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions confidently.
- Culinary experience or food industry background is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
