Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Contents (Packing/Moving) Technician/Driver to join our Packout Team. The Contents Technician/Driver will assist with packing, transportation, storage, cleaning and return of clients' personal belongings. These projects are for residential & commercial losses caused by fire, water, mold, and other disasters requiring home restoration. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a team environment, ability to drive long distances/hours (just to name a few). Lead positions are available for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the packing and unpacking of clients' contents with care & precision - paying close attention to valuables & breakables.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely to move products within the warehouse.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed, ensuring proper lifting techniques are followed.
- Transport items to and from storage facilities (including loading and unloading of storage units).
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or packing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong customer service skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and communication.
- Experience in commercial driving or delivery driving is advantageous but not required.
- A background in moving or logistics can also be beneficial.

To be considered, you must have:
Valid AZ Drivers License
3 Year Clean MVR
We are hiring for a Driving Pack-Out Technician which means you will drive to and from jobs and still be expected to perform all required functions of the Pack-out Technician. If you do not have a valid license, clean driving record or dislike driving, please do not apply. Pay is commensurate for driving position.
Benefits will be offered after 90 day probationary period.

Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour
