Deluxe Wine & Spirits is looking for a motivated bilingual English/Spanish Sales Representative to grow our portfolio with licensed retail and on-premise accounts.
You will represent imported and specialty wine and spirits brands while developing relationships with liquor stores, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and independent retailers.
This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity with strong earning potential, performance bonuses, sales incentives, and a weekly gas allowance.
Compensation
- 10% sales commission

There is no base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed draw. Actual earnings depend on sales volume, territory development, account retention, and performance.
All commission, bonus, and incentive terms will be confirmed in writing before starting.
What You’ll Do
- Sell wine, spirits, and beverage products to licensed accounts.
- Open new accounts and develop your assigned territory.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Generate repeat orders through consistent account visits and follow-up.
- Present products using company-approved sales materials.
- Submit complete and accurate orders.
- Communicate customer requests, market feedback, and reorder opportunities.
- Maintain basic activity and customer notes.
- Follow company pricing, credit, delivery, and compliance policies.

Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Reliable transportation.
- Professional phone and email access.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, dependable, and self-managed.
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor.
- Able to manage a territory and follow up consistently.
- Must follow all alcohol sales, pricing, credit, and account approval requirements.
Preferred Experience
- Wine, spirits, beverage, hospitality, wholesale, or outside sales experience.
- Existing relationships with liquor stores, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, or independent retailers.
- Experience opening new accounts and generating repeat business.
- Knowledge of the Chicago-area beverage market.
