We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sandblaster to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces for powder coating by using sandblasting techniques. This role requires the ability to work with various materials. Experience necessary.
Responsibilities
- Operate sandblasting equipment to prepare surfaces for powder coating.
- Assess surfaces and determine the appropriate sandblasting techniques and materials needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Perform basic maintenance on sandblasting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Be apart of a team working together to complete jobs on time.
- Able to lift up to 200 lbs.
Experience
- Previous experience needed.
- Proficiency in using equipment safely and effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 41 per week
