Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Skid Steer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction site operations and be proficient in operating heavy machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Operate skid steers and other heavy equipment efficiently and safely
- Perform tasks such as grading, and loading materials
- Work on various projects
- Maintain equipment by conducting regular inspections and basic maintenance
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
-Have a background in new home construction
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in skid steer operation and other heavy equipment operation
- Knowledge of construction site procedures and practices
- Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, graders, etc.
- Be punctual, reliable and a hard worker
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
