ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Greet and serve guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
2. Take and deliver orders of food and drinks accurately, to ensure timely delivery.
3. Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
4. Respond to guest questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
5. Offer menus, inform guests of specials, and answer questions about the menu.
6. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
7. Assist team members during busy periods and work together to maintain a smooth service flow.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Previous wait staff experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Friendly and professional demeanor. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED preferred. Bi-lingual English/ Spanish preferred. Must be culturally sensitive to minority population especially Native Americans; must be able to successfully pass a post-offer drug screen and criminal history background check. Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers card within 30 days of employment or present upon hire. Must possess excellent organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties and staff. Must be able to work well and safely under pressure. Ability to handle multi-tasks and prioritize accordingly.
