This is not a button-pushing corporate kitchen. We cook from scratch, our menu changes with the seasons, and we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys cooking.
The right candidate will have:
● Experience in a scratch kitchen.
● A solid understanding of stocks, sauces, and the fundamentals of cooking.
● Strong knife skills.
● The ability to work clean, organized, and efficiently.
● The confidence to think for yourself, solve problems, and adapt as menus evolve.
● A positive attitude and pride in your work.
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
