Teams average 5,920 miles per week and operate on set pickup days with the same days off every week—no rotating schedules.
Compensation & Miles
- Average Miles: 5,920 miles per week (per team)
- Pay Type: Mileage‑based (details discussed during hiring)

Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL‑A
- Hazmat endorsement required
- Drivers without Hazmat must be willing to obtain endorsement within 30–45 days
- Must be able to operate as a team
- Acceptable safety and driving record

Until Hazmat is obtained, teams will run non‑Hazmat freight based on hire location.

- Kansas City, MO
Kent, WA and Ogden, UT hires:
- Run Compton freight until Hazmat is completed

- Pickup Time: 2:00 PM EST
- Live Load: Average 5–6 hour wait
- Delivery Time: 6:00 AM EST
Delivery Schedule
- Monday pickup → Delivery due Wednesday 8:00 PM EST
- Wednesday pickup → Delivery due Friday 8:00 PM EST
- Friday pickup → Delivery due Monday 8:00 PM EST
Kent, WA Pickups
- Pickup Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Load Type: Drop & Hook
- Scheduled Departure: 9:00 PM EST
Delivery to North Charleston, SC
- Monday pickup → Delivery due Friday 6:00 AM EST
