We are building a team of aesthetic providers who care deeply about outcomes, patient education, and personal growth. This is not a “clock in and clock out” spa role. This is a performance-based opportunity for providers who want to grow their books, increase their income, and be part of a high-standard team. Cross-selling other services is a big part of treatment plans. You will be educated on services that you yourself may not perform, but are able to refer to your clients.
As a rapidly growing medspa, we are looking for team players who are willing to help with all aspects of the practice. This will mean getting comfortable with patient check-in/check out procedures, taking before and after photos, helping clean and do laundry, assisting in making new lead and reactivation phone calls and a comfort in talking to potential leads/business networking.
Position Overview
The Licensed Esthetician is responsible for delivering exceptional treatments, building long term patient relationships, and contributing to clinic growth through rebooking, retail, and treatment planning.
You will be expected to educate, recommend, and confidently guide patients into customized treatment plans that produce real results.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
Perform professional skin consultations
Deliver advanced facial treatments and corrective services
Customize treatment plans based on patient goals
Maintain detailed and compliant documentation
Treatment Planning and Retention
Ensure every patient leaves with a clear next step
Maintain strong rebooking percentage
Recommend appropriate packages and long term treatment plans
Collaborate with Medical staff and providers for patient desired outcomes
Retail and Revenue
Educate patients on professional skincare products
Consistently meet retail percentage goals
Participate in monthly promotions and event days
Support clinic revenue goals through strong treatment planning
Marketing and Outreach
Participate in social media content when requested
Support event days and promotional campaigns
Follow up with patients when appropriate to maintain retention
Performance Expectations
High rebooking rate
Strong retail to service percentage
Consistent treatment plan conversion
Positive patient reviews and referrals
Detailed patient documentation/charting
Professional appearance and clinic standards upheld daily
Qualifications (Please read carefully and DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE FOLLOWING):
Active Professional Texas Esthetician License
Minimum of 2 years experience in medical aesthetics enviroment
Active certification in hydrafacials, chemical peels, microneedling, RF microneedling and dermaplaning
Prior Face Reality Certification (preferred, not required)
Laser Certification
Strong consultation and communication skills
Comfort recommending products and packages
Comfort in having phone and in-person conversations with new leads
Team-oriented and growth-minded
Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays
