Qualifications
- Previous experience in this industry is preferred but not required
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build trust with clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently without micromanagement
- Existing client base or network is a plus
- Positive attitude, resilient mindset, and strong ethical standards
